View and Download Exported Recommended Actions

Required User Role: Basic, Scan Operator, Standard, Scan Manager, or Administrator

After you export recommended action or affected asset files, you can view and download them. You cannot view or download export files generated by other users.

Before you begin:

To view and download recommended actions and affected assets export files:

  1. Navigate to the new Tenable.io interface, as described in Access the New Tenable.io Interface.

  2. In the upper-left corner, click the button.

    The left navigation plane appears.

  3. In the left navigation plane, click Lumin.

    The Lumin dashboard appears.

  4. In the Cyber Exposure Score by Business Context widget, click the row for the tag for which you want to view asset details.

    The Lumin Business Context Asset Details page appears, filtered by the tag you selected.

  5. In the Cyber Exposure Score Distribution widget, in the Recommended Actions column, click a link for the AES category for which you want to view recommended solutions.

    The Lumin Recommended Actions page appears, filtered by the tag and AES category you selected.

    Tip: To view the top 20 recommended solutions across your entire organization, remove the filter.

    Note: All data in Lumin (except the CES for your entire organization) reflects only the assets shared with your user account. For more information, see Access Groups.

  6. Click Dashboards Export.

    The Lumin recommended actions Export plane appears.

  7. In the table, click the row for the export you want to download.

    Tenable.io downloads the export file as a tar.gz package. For information about the data in the export file, see Recommended Actions or Assets Affected.
