Filter the Issues List

You can filter the issues list by time or severity.

To filter the issues list:

  1. Log in to the on-prem configuration interface.
  2. Click System Log.

    The System Log page appears.

  3. Click the time and date drop-down box and select a time range.

    The system applies the filter and reloads the page.

  4. If necessary, click Load earlier entries.

    The system loads entries from earlier in the selected time range.

  5. Click the Severity drop-down box and select a severity.

    The system applies the filter and reloads the page.
