Proxy Configuration

The Proxy Configuration section allows you to configure a proxy server for internet access.

To edit a proxy configuration:

  1. Log in to the on-prem configuration interface.
  2. Click Update Management.

    The Update Management page appears.

  3. In the Proxy Configuration section, type a Proxy Host, Proxy Username, and Proxy Password.

  4. Click Save Proxy.

    The system requires up to 30 minutes to update your proxy configuration. The interface is unavailable during the update.

  5. If you configured a man-in-the-middle proxy that intercepts SSL traffic, install the root certificate of the certificate authority for your proxy:
    1. Copy the root certificate of your certificate authority to /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors/.
    2. Log in to the on-prem configuration interface.
    3. Click Terminal.

      The Terminal page appears.

    4. Run update-ca-trust.

      The system installs the root certificate.
