Upload an SSL Certificate for the On-prem Configuration Interface
For more information, see SSL Certificates.
To upload an SSL certificate for secure connections to the on-prem configuration interface:
- Log in to the on-prem configuration interface.

Click SSL/TLS Certificates.
The SSL/TLS Certificates page appears.

Click the System Certificate tab.

(Optional) If you want to remove the current certificates, in the Server Certificates section, click Reset Server Certificates.
The system removes your current certificates.
- Next to Server Certificate, click Choose File and browse to the PEM-encoded, DER-encoded, or CRT-encoded CA certificate that you want to upload.
- Next to Server Key, click Choose File and browse to the PEM-encoded, DER-encoded, or CRT-encoded server key that you want to upload.
- (Optional) If your server certificate requires an intermediate certificate, next to Intermediate Certificate, click Choose File and browse to the PEM-encoded, DER-encoded, or CRT-encoded certificate that you want to upload.
- (Optional) f your certificates are signed by a custom certificate authority, next to Custom Root CA Certificate, click Choose File and browse to the PEM-encoded, DER-encoded, or CRT-encoded certificate that you want to upload.
- Do not modify any settings in the Trusted Certificate Authorities section.

Click Install Server Certificates.
The upload begins. You cannot access the Tenable.io interface for 15 minutes during the upload.
