Delete a Dispute
Required User Role: Administrator
Note: Disputes can only be deleted before being sent to ASV Review.
To delete a dispute:
- Click Dashboards > Workbenches > PCI ASV.
The PCI ASV Attestation Requests page appears.
- On the Remediation tab, select the scan for which you wish to delete a dispute.
The General Information page for the scan appears.
- Click the Disputes tab.
The Disputes page appears.
- On the row corresponding to the dispute you wish to delete, click the button.
The dispute is deleted.
On the left side of the row for the dispute you want to delete, select the check box. Repeat this step for each dispute you want to delete.
- In the upper right corner of the page, click the Delete button.
The disputes are deleted.
