This file exists so that !ImportFiles builds won't report a failure due to no topics being generated for the output. We don't want !ImportFiles builds to report a failure since failures prevent the post-build event commands from being executed.

Don't delete ImportFiles.htm, !ImportFiles.fltoc, or !ImportFiles.fltar.

This file should be marked as omitted.
