Uninstall Tenable Identity Exposure

Required User Role: Administrator on the local machine

The uninstallation process removes all Tenable Identity Exposure components.

To uninstall Tenable Identity Exposure:

  1. In Windows, go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.

  2. Select Tenable Identity Exposure.

  3. Click Uninstall. A dialog box asks for confirmation:

  4. Click Yes.

    • The confirmation dialog box disappears after the uninstallation completes.

    • An icon in the system tray indicates that a second uninstallation phase is in progress and disappears when this phase has fully completed.

    • A PowerShell pop up tray indicates that a final uninstallation phase is in progress and disappears when this phase has fully completed.
