Vulnerable Host Workflow

Note: We recommend that you do not manually change the status issue, except for exception status when required.

Status Description Actions
Open When data collection begins, the status is set to open. You can manually change the status to Exception or Resolved.
Resolved

When the vulnerable host arrives in fixed state, its status is automatically changed to resolved.

Note: If all vulnerable hosts are resolved, the vulnerability is resolved.

You can manually change the status to reopened.
Reopened When a fixed vulnerable host is manually reopened, its status is changed to reopened. You can manually change the status to exception or resolved.
Exception When you manually change the status to exception, it remains in its current state, but the status is changed to exception. You can manually change the status to resoleved.
