Disable the Tenable Plugin for JIRA

Before you begin:

• You must have administrative access privileges.

To disable the add-on:

1. Log in to JIRA.

2. Click > Manage Apps.

   The Manage apps page appears.

3. Scroll to find the Tenable Vulnerability Management JIRA Plugin or Tenable Security Center JIRA Plugin application listing.
4. Click to expand the Tenable Vulnerability Management JIRA Plugin or Tenable Security Center JIRA Plugin application listing.

5. Click the Disable button.

   The plugin is disabled and the syncing stops.

Note: The scheduler details are removed from the scheduler detail page when the add-on is disabled.

Note: If the add-on is uninstalled or disabled, the configuration details remain stored on the System Info page.
