Prerequisites and Compatibility

Meet the following prerequisites before installing and using the on-premises (locally installed) Jira plugin:

If integrating with Tenable Security Center, use Tenable Security Center version 5.7 or later.
Be a member of one of the following user groups in JIRA: jira-administrators, jira-software-users, jira-core-users, or jira-servicedesk-users. This plug-in will only work for users who are part of these groups.
Configured projects for this plug-in must not have any mandatory fields or any validators configured.

Compatibility

The plug-in version 11.0.0 has been tested with JIRA Software 11.x versions, and JIRA Service Desk 9.9.1 versions. This plugin version is not backward compatible with Jira versions lower than 11.x.
