Create the Database in Same SQL Server

• Record the Adaptiva database name as adaptiva.

• If not using the default SQL Server instance, record the instance name as AdaptivaSQL.

• If not using the default SQL port, choose a different port and record it.

• Identify the SQL Server machine FQDN.

• Choose the SQL Login account, and then record the information in a secure location.

• Enter the SQL Server details on the Installation Checklist.
