General Settings

Settings can be changed for more control and troubleshooting.

Here you can view/edit:

• Schedule Import Run as
• Max job log age (days)
• Max job wait time (days)
• Advanced Settings
  • New record sync frequency (min)
  • Record update sync frequency (min)

  • Ignore CI Class CSV

    Use this option to indicate which CI table names ServiceNow should ignore during CI matching.

    To indicate multiple table names, use a comma separated list.

    Note: You cannot include spaces or new line characters in this string.
