Configure Password Management

Required user role when using Tenable Nessus Manager: System Administrator

1. In Tenable Nessus, in the top navigation bar, click Settings.

   The About page appears.

2. In the left navigation bar, click Password Mgmt.

   The Password Management page appears.

3. Configure the settings as necessary.

4. Click the Save button.

   Tenable Nessus saves the password setting.

   Note: Changes to the Session Timeout and Max Login Attempts settings require a restart to take effect.
