Configure Proxy Settings

Nessus can be configured to use a proxy for plugin updates, as many companies maintain a proxy for security and logging. The four proxy related settings can be manipulated via the nessuscli tool.

Example:

# nessuscli fix --secure --set proxy=[ip/hostname]

# nessuscli fix --secure --set proxy_port=[port]

# nessuscli fix --secure --set proxy_userame=[user]

# nessuscli fix --secure --set proxy_password=[password]
