Remove NNM from Linux

Steps

  1. Stop NNM with the following command:

    # service nnm stop

  2. Determine the name of the RPM file with the following command:

    # rpm -qa | grep nnm

    The name of the RPM file appears.

  3. Remove the NNM RPM with the following command:

    # rpm -e <RPM name>

  4. Some user-created and user-modified files are not removed with the -e command. Remove any remaining files with the following command:

    # rm -rf /opt/nnm

    NNM is removed.
