New Features and Changed Functionality

  • The Updates Management page now offers to fix the issue where clicking 'Check for Updates' always says there are no updates available. Previously users needed to fix this by running a command in the terminal.

  • If a new version of Tenable.ot has been downloaded, a blue arrow now appears on the Tenable.ot page in the Tenable Core webui next to the application version. Clicking the arrow finalizes the upgrade. Tenable.ot will stop during the upgrade.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that could cause Tenable Core + Tenable.ot to reboot forever for some ntp configurations.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented Tenable.ot installation on lower spec (<64 G RAM, 32 Cores) hardware.

  • Fixed an issue where changing time settings in the System page of the webui could delete all configured NTP servers from the Tenable Core NTP config.

  • Fixed hardware detection for Tenable Core + Tenable.ot on certain Dell servers.

Application Updates

  • Nessus 8.15.2
  • Tenable Security Center 5.19.1
