Tenable Vulnerability Management Platform Release Notes - December 2018

Important Highlights from this Release

Features

  • Access Groups - Customer can now compartmentalize their assets within users or group of users that align with their organization using various asset attributes.

  • Improved Scan Exports - Allow customers with large amounts of data to export their vulnerability scan data.
  • Added ability to stop or pause an Tenable Nessus Network Monitor import.

Bugs

  • Centralized Credentials is not being used in scans created with a user-defined policy.

Other

  • As our customer base grows, so does the load on our public APIs. To mitigate this risk and provide all our customers with the smoothest and most seamless experience, we are introducing limits to the number of requests per minute a single user can make to the API. An individual user is identified by the unique API keys that Tenable Vulnerability Management generates for each user account. If you submit a request after the rate limit has been reached, Tenable Vulnerability Management returns a message stating that the limit has been reached and indicates when you can make another attempt.
