Add a Tag

Required Tenable Security Center Director User Role: Organizational user with appropriate permissions. For more information, see User Roles.

To add a tag:

  1. Log in to Tenable Security Center Director.

  2. Navigate to the assets or queries page:

    • Click Assets.

      Note: The Assets page is available only to Security Manager users.

    • Click Analysis > Queries.

  3. Right-click the row for the asset or query you want to tag.

    The actions menu appears.

    -or-

    Select the check box for the asset or query you want to tag.

    The available actions appear at the top of the table.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. In the Tag drop-box, select an existing tag or type a new tag.

  6. Click Submit.

    The tag appears, applied to the asset or query.
