View Tenable One OT Exposure Logs

If you experience an issue during the Tenable One OT Exposure installation process or an issue with the Tenable One OT Exposure service, you can view the logs to access more troubleshooting information.

To view logs for Tenable One OT Exposure:

1. Log in to Tenable Core via the user interface.

   The Tenable Core web user interface page appears.

2. In the left navigation bar, click Tenable.ot.

   The Tenable.ot page appears.

3. In the Tenable.ot Logs section, click the drop-down box and select a log type:

   • OT Security EM — Logs related to issues with the Tenable One OT Exposure Enterprise Manager service.
   • OT Security EM installation/upgrade — Logs related to issues during the Tenable Core + Tenable One OT Exposure Enterprise Manager installation.

   The section refreshes to show the logs.

4. (Optional) To filter the logs that appear, select a time range, a Severity, or a Service.

   The page applies the selected filters.
