Right-Click Filter By

Required Tenable.io Vulnerability Management User Role: Scan Operator, Standard, Scan Manager, or Administrator

Required Access Group Permissions: Can View

The Filter by function allows you to right-click and filter a value in a cell of supported areas of the Tenable.io user interface by right-clicking on any cell found in the following locations:

  • The Explore > Assets page

  • The Explore > Findings page

To filter table values by right-clicking:

  1. In the upper-left corner, click the Menu button.

    The left navigation plane appears.

  2. Do one of the following:

    Location Action
    Explore > Assets page
    1. View the assets table.

    2. In the assets table, roll over the value you want to filter by.

    3. Right-click the table cell.

      A menu appears.

    4. Click Filter By.

      More filtering options show depending on the filter type you have selected.
    Explore > Findings page
    1. View the findings table.

    2. In the findings table, roll over the value you want to filter by.

    3. Right-click the table cell.

      A menu appears.

    4. Click Filter By.
