Apply a Filter
Required User Role: Any
You can use filters to narrow the data displayed on specific pages.
Each filterable page in Tenable.sc Director has a different set of filter components.
For more information, see Filters and Filter Components.
To filter data on a Tenable.sc Director page with a left side bar:

Log in to Tenable.sc Director via the user interface.
- Navigate to any page that supports filtering.

On the left side of the page, click the double arrow (
).
The Filters side bar expands.

Click Select Filters.
The filter components selection window appears.
- Select one or more filter component check boxes. For more information about the components supported for your analysis view, see Vulnerability Analysis Filter Components.

Click Apply.
The Filters side bar updates to show the filter components you selected.

Click the box for the filter component.
The filter component criteria selection window appears.
- Modify the filter component criteria.

Click OK.
The Filters side bar updates to show the filter component criteria you modified. The Apply All button appears.

Click Apply All.
The page updates to reflect the filter you applied.

Log in to Tenable.sc Director via the user interface.
- Navigate to any page that supports filtering.

Locate the filter icon (
).
The Filters side bar expands.

Click the box for a filter component.
The filter component criteria selection window appears.
- Modify the filter component criteria.

Click Apply.
The Filters side bar updates to show the filter component criteria you modified. The page updates to reflect the filter you applied.
