Scan Failovers

If Tenable One Vulnerability Management assigns a scan job to a scanner, and the scanner goes offline while scanning, the following happens:

1. The scan job times out if the assigned scanner does not respond to Tenable One Vulnerability Management after two hours.

2. Tenable One Vulnerability Management removes the scan job from the scanner and attempts the scan job on another scanner in the same scanner group, or on the same scanner if it comes back online.

3. Tenable One Vulnerability Management attempts steps 1 and 2 three times. If the scan job is not completed after three attempts, Tenable One Vulnerability Management aborts the scan job.
