Edit a Credential in a User-defined Template

Required Tenable Vulnerability Management User Role: Basic, Scan Operator, Standard, Scan Manager, or Administrator

Required Template Permissions: Can Configure

To edit a credential in a user-defined template:

1. Edit a user-defined template.

2. In the left navigation menu, click Credentials.

   A table of credentials configured for the template appears.

3. In the credentials table, click the credential you want to edit.

   The credential settings plane appears.

4. Configure the settings for the credential.
5. Click Save to save your changes to the credential.
6. Click Save to save your changes to the template.
