- Until September 1, 2026: The legacy environment is fully supported, and data continues to be ingested into both the legacy and new environments.
- September 1 – October 1, 2026 (Ingestion Freeze): The legacy environment will shift to read-only mode and stop ingesting new data. Access will remain available solely for reviewing historical data and exporting it.
- Until September 25, 2026: If you require a full export of your historical data, please contact your Customer Success Manager to submit a request.
- As of October 1, 2026: The Legacy AI Exposure application will no longer be available.
