Archive Assets

Required User Role: Active User, Cloud Connector Manager, or Business Administrator.

You can archive single or multiple assets from the inventory.

Archive a Single Asset

To archive a single asset:

  • In the row of the asset you want to archive, click the button.

    A menu appears.

  • Select the checkbox for the asset to archive.

    Tenable One Attack Surface Management enables More > Archive.

  • Right-click the row of the asset you want to archive.

    A menu appears.

  1. Click Confirm.

    Tenable One Attack Surface Management archives the asset.

  2. Click Archive.

    Tenable One Attack Surface Management prompts you to confirm.

Archive Multiple Assets

To archive multiple assets:

  1. Select the checkbox for one or several assets you want to archive.

    Tenable One Attack Surface Management enables the header.

  2. Click More > Archive.

    Tenable One Attack Surface Management prompts you to confirm.

  3. Click Confirm.

    Tenable One Attack Surface Management archives the assets.
