Tenable One Open Connector Logs

This section helps you track and audit changes made through the Tenable One Open Connector. This log provides essential visibility into data changes, sync types, and field mapping updates to help you maintain a reliable source of truth for your asset and finding lifecycles.

Note: The Tenable One Open Connector log section becomes available on the main connector setup page only after you complete a second file synchronization.

Connector Log Display

The Connector Logs help you track the specific files processed during each sync:

  • Manual Uploads: The File column displays the file name as a clickable link.
  • Automated Pulls (S3): The File column displays the name of the file pulled from your S3 bucket.

The Connector Logs display the same columns as other connectors in the platform, with two key areas of focus for the Tenable One Open Connector:

  • Activity: This column indicates whether a synchronization was a Full fetch or an Incremental Sync.

Tip: Hover over the status in the Activity column to view a short explanation of the selected Delta sync mode (e.g., Additive Only, Strict Inventory, or Dynamic Remediation) and how Tenable Exposure Management handled assets or findings missing from that specific sync file.

  • File: Displays the name of the source file processed during the sync. For manual uploads, this is a clickable link that allows you to download the original file through your browser.
